Have-a-Go Raises more than £200 for Sue Ryder

Cheltenham Archers held an archery have-a-go on May Day Bank Holiday to raise money for Sue Ryder. The event was organised by Cheltenham Archers member, John Pepper, with the help of volunteers from the club.

There was a great turn out and a wonderful afternoon was had by all, despite less-than-perfect weather!

At the end of the two hour event, £215 had been raised, which was handed to Alysia Cameron-Price, Community Fundraising Manager at Sue Ryder Leckhampton Court, by John last week.

Cheltenham Archers would like to thank everyone who attended and kindly donated their time and money to a great cause, both the have-a-go archers and the volunteers who helped the afternoon run smoothly. Also, well done and thank you to John Pepper, who organised the event.
