Club American Shoot, Wednesday 5th June.
Wednesday 5th June saw the second of three club night shoots at Oakleaf field. An American round was shot by twenty-six senior and junior archers under the watchful eyes of not only Line Captain Adrian but also a Little Owl who felt quite safe observing the proceeding from its perch on top of the 100 yard target. Once again, we were really fortunate to be blessed with a lovely summer evening and the shoot was rounded off with a convivial bowl of chilli in the clubhouse. Many thanks to all those who helped make the evening such a success.
We look forward to the final club night shoot on Wednesday 31st July where we will be shooting a Western round followed by hot dogs. Yee-haa!
(Club members – please let Ian Evans know if you are able to attend the shoot)
